A fellow mage not so silly...
There are many schools of magic. Most of them unknown to common people but they do exit and trouble their respected advοcates. Being an elementalist myself, spending my time working with fire, ice, ethereal, spaghetti and many other elements, I find it very hard to comprehend about scripts and C# and framework and commands and...alas! it's overwhelming! But....based on that specific school of magic rumor has it that my fellow magus by the name of jambel has been working on a contraption that even the most ridiculously inventive gnomes would find difficult to conceive. The initiates can dig deeper to see how he accomplishes things , while the apprentices ( me included) can simply awe to the outcome. Please step in...

Elusive Minds
I used to call it strange dark forest but not anymore. No strange things inhabit it and neither strange incidents happen lately. So that leave us with the darkness thing. Which is a bit of a problem i guess. It's not so dark these days in the forest though. Or is it not? I'm not so sure anymore. I always thought that by getting older, clarity, wisdom, control, peace and other similar qualities dwell to one's mind. Whoever established the standard of the wise old man with the beard and the deep, well thought answers to everything is totally as misled as the one believing that goblins doesn't exist. Experience comes with age, yes, but who has the mind to take advantage of it? Not to mention the ones that are constantly in bad terms with it, makes you wonder how they reached so high in the ranks of age. Comfusion and frustration are the virtues that populate my grey cells lately and i'm a mage mind you! ...and not so old yet...damn, i wonder what's goin to happen after a couple of decades, if i escape that long from the blade of Bill Door that is.
Anyways, i guess that its not so dark in the forest these days. The tower on the other hand remains dark. No matter how many suns fire on its face, still looks dark. And that adds a personality to it. Rock steady no matter what. I admire him for that...
'Nough said though, back to my workshop now. Darkness or not i have to finally work on my miniature army again as i came up with a lovely workbench, enchanted ofcourse, and also conjure a counter-curse for that Tasteless Spagetti Carbonara...z..z..zz...Zap!

So what?
From a certain point of view, i sometimes think that human beings start as nothing more than a single puzzle piece. As life goes on, each and every day, memories, events, people, all in the form of unique puzzle pieces (and some not so unique), some smaller and some bigger contribute to the endless, to a certain point of course, picture of our lives. Not every piece fits, uneven ones are rejected while the right ones bond tightly to the rest. Well, some almost tightly but thats not the point. The point is that occasionally some pieces are abruptly separated from the puzzle. An empty space is all that remains and as every piece is unique nothing can fit on its place. Nothing of all this mumbling is a revelation to anyone but i wonder...after all the missing pieces, can someone tell what the puzzle looked like as a whole?...

Gaming as an art
Art, as i define it, is more the beautiful way someone can use to do or create something and less the way to express oneself. I can find art in a simple loaf of bread and I can't always find art in a very expensive nonsense painting or sculpture that someone decided to throw a bunch of colors blindfolded or to conjure some odd texture into something that only a massive bombing would produce. Under the excuse of expression. Well, maybe I love swearing and by any means it is a way to express myself but I simply can't claim that by swearing everyone along my way one day I created art, now can I?
Neither every artistic attempt can be labeled as art. Take for example two very beautiful and identical statues. One by the hand of a sculptor with months maybe even years of labor, hardship in every form included. The other comes out by hundreds from a factory production line (Nope, nope, the prototype is not an issue here). Now, identical may be, but really, which of the two I'd like to have in my prestigious whatever-room of this dark tower of mine? Of course the handmade one! Yes....! Why? Because it's the way , the beautiful way that matters and not the outcome.
Now i wonder....is gaming an art? Naaaahhhh, of course not. I just used the term to emphasize a bit. But....there is a beautiful way to play, yes there is! And actually is determined by the very thing that separates an adult from a child. Imagination! That's the difference that makes the life of the latter colorful and the other's dull. Imagination is what we gradually lack as we grow up....sadly. Whatever excites one's imagination, may be a yellow dot chased by funny ghosts or an Italian assassin jumping over rooftops, will do. Many are claiming offline and mostly online expertise, but how many do actually enjoy the journey and not simply rushing to the end?
Cause thats the beautiful way to fully exploit what is being offered. Game on!
Ermmm.....where was i?......is gaming an art?....Nahhhh!
....and where did i put that vanishing powder of mine?

The Wakeup Call Thought
Lovely then! One of the most brutal and unearthly acts humanity faces for thousands of years now and maybe responsible for many of mankind's suffering is of course as we all know waking up before 10 o'clock in the morning. Yes, i don't know how we came to this, who thought of it and how it became a habit to most of us, but i think the world would be a far better place if all people slept a bit more in the morning.
Of course we'd lack some commodities we're already used to, but the gain of it would be by far most rewarding! Just thing of it....
Of course dealing with the "Monday morning issue" is a totally different part of the problem and we'll address it on another string of thoughts...Good morning by the way...dont bother getting off the bed...yet...

Under Thought!
After all these years of exp-erience and knowledge and huuuuge amount of mana spent here and there, the time is right for some thought recording, a bit of order in it perhaps and....and...we'll see....patience...
